Check your writers’ registrations
Paste the IPI name numbers of the writers in a CWR file. For each writer, see how many of their works are registered under that number, and how many only under another spelling of their name or another IPI name number.
Leading zeros can be left off. Nothing to sign up for, and the numbers you check are not logged.
From public music rights-registration data, as registered. Which records belong to the same writer is our model’s grouping: it is statistical, it can be wrong, and no person has checked it. Not for rights or royalty decisions.
